Who can leave a review
- Reviews are open to verified purchasers and approved product trialists.
- You can only review a product you’ve purchased or tried.
- Only one review per product, please.
What makes a great review
To help others get the most from your experience, please make sure your review:
- Is about your experience with the product and/or Krapof’s service (not about delivery providers or unrelated services).
- Is genuine, honest, and based on your personal experience.
- Is clear and easy to understand.
- Includes a star rating.
What not to include
To keep things helpful and appropriate for everyone, please avoid:
- Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
- Links, promotions, or references to other brands or websites
- Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language or content
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
Moderation and publishing
All reviews are moderated before being published. We don’t edit your words, but we may choose not to publish reviews that don’t follow these guidelines. In some cases, our team may contact you for more information before posting your review.
